I’ve spent my career supporting senior leaders through clear communication, accountability, and trusted working relationships. I’m selective about my next steps and am most drawn to environments where executive support is deliberate and thoughtfully designed.
I have been supporting the same executive for over thirteen years across a range of roles, including Treasury, Tax, Strategy, Corporate Development, the CFO role, and Liquids Pipelines. The strength and length of that partnership reflected trust, good judgment, and consistency.
Over time, my working relationship with the executive I support evolved alongside our personal lives. With children the same ages, we balanced family life while navigating demanding leadership roles. That shared experience strengthened trust and improved how we worked together.
Working in a regulated pipeline environment that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year has shaped how I think about availability and partnership. I’m comfortable supporting leaders when issues don’t wait for business hours and judgment matters most.
My current executive travels about 40 weeks a year, so most of our work happens virtually. I’m comfortable keeping things moving and staying aligned no matter where we’re working. This helps ensure leaders feel supported whether they’re in the office or traveling.
Building strong relationships is central to how I work. I help connect leaders and teams by sharing the right context so people come prepared and confident. This leads to better conversations and makes better use of executive time.

Created the first enterprise-wide and cross-functional executive calendar capturing major leadership and board activities, reducing conflicts, improving coordination and protecting executive focus.

Launched centralized portals and leadership sites to host strategy materials, meeting content, and communications to enable alignment and transparency across various senior teams.

M&A and Confidential Transactions
Coordinated CEO-level meetings and materials for multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and asset sales, ensuring confidentiality, precision, and readiness. This included project cost control and administration.
Outside of Work
I stay active through fitness boxing and hiking. I’m an avid Audible listener and a new dog mom to a mini Bernedoodle named Louis, who is still very much a puppy. I couldn't resist an excuse to include a photo and this is an AI-generated prediction of what he might look like when he’s full grown.
